Powder Island is adjacent and so named for the large armory (the long building on the hill.) Despite bordering the New Town directly, property prices are quite low here, as the armory has a tendency to go up in flames. The (unfinished) town hall is there as well, and many of the city's wealthiest residents live there. The New Town is the wealthiest part of the city and centered around the cathedral. I have a number of districts planned for the final project, but so far the only ones present are Powder Island, the Old Town, the New Town and a tiny bit of the University. It is quite incomplete, obviously - some of the buildings have unfinished exteriors and almost none are furnished. The city currently covers about 10% of the area I would like it to occupy when finished. I'm currently on study abroad with my crappy laptop, which can barely run MC without chugging, so I figured I'd share my city here for all to enjoy until I can get back to work on it. Hey folks!
